General Care
- Always dry-clean silk, organza, and heavily embellished sarees
- Cotton and linen sarees can be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent
- Do not wring — gently squeeze out water and hang in shade to dry
- Iron on reverse side on low setting
Storage
- Store folded in soft muslin cloth — never plastic bags
- Keep in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight
- Refold along different lines every few months to prevent permanent creases
Specific Fabrics
Silk / Organza / Zari work: Dry-clean only.
Cotton / Linen: Hand-wash or machine delicate in cold water.
