We dispatch within 2 weeks of your order — each saree is handcrafted to order. You'll receive tracking updates via email and WhatsApp. Shipping across India is free and takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the saree is unused and in original condition. Since all sarees are handcrafted to order, we are unable to offer refunds — but we will always make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.
Yes! We love custom orders. Whether you have a colour in mind, a fabric preference, or a specific embellishment, we can work with you to create something truly one of a kind. Contact us at least 6–8 weeks before your occasion for custom work.
Most ItsADate sarees require dry cleaning. For our linen pieces, gentle hand wash in cold water is fine. Never wring — lay flat or hang to dry. Store folded in a muslin cloth or the original packaging. We include care instructions with every order.
Currently we ship to all locations within India with free shipping. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@itsadate.in — we can arrange international shipping with an additional charge based on your location.
