Because each saree is handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your saree arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

• Saree received with manufacturing defects
• Wrong item delivered
• Saree significantly different from description

How to Initiate

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. Share your order number and photos
3. Our team will respond within 1 working day
4. If approved, we arrange pickup at no cost to you
