Dilruba — "heart-stealer" — is a rare piece. This teal Banarasi silk with a wide silver zari border is exclusively sourced directly from a family of master weavers in Varanasi who have been weaving for four generations. Limited to just 12 pieces worldwide.
The teal colour is achieved through natural indigo over-dyed with plant-based dyes — giving the silk a depth and richness that synthetic dyes cannot replicate. The silver zari border features a traditional "kairi" (mango) motif.
